A decade ago the number of dental practices seeking management assistance multiplied, and as a direct result the majority of Pro Sales clients now fall within this professional category (dentists or dental service providers). Growth by Design Inc. (parent company of Pro Sales Systems) performs hundreds of practice marketing evaluations annually, and is the foremost dental practice coaching company in the country.

Mr. Gibney has a background rich in HR Administration. This HR component has proven invaluable with our dental profession clients, as one of our services is HR Placement and “Re-Placement” for CDA’s, Hygienists, Front End, and Dentists. We begin with a practice marketing evaluation program including job shadowing and systems development for dental offices.
